We had to develop an AI-powered chatbot for hotel guests and staff with an integration that would allow them to perform room automation.

Solution:

Technology:

Developed the software under microservices architecture for scalability and incorporated over 30 micro services. 

 We even adapted the MQTT protocol for the chatbot and IOT communication. 

The application:

The PWA application was built for guests to manage their hotel requests and other communication with the staff.

A staff application was created for them to manage tasks, map service requests and communicate with the guests.

Features:

The application is capable of performing sentiment analysis to determine guest satisfaction

It supports multiple languages to overcome language barriers in the hotel industry

It came with a comprehensive dashboard that contained reports, notifications, and escalations. 

It can be integrated with a voice assistant and other hotel room automation devices

Result:

  • Built a highly scalable AI Chat bot 
  • Created a multi-linguistic interphase connecting the Hotel staff and the customers.
